Tell yourself "Yippee I'm a non smoker" each time you feel cravings for a cigarette. Positive reinforcement.

I am 26 days smoke free now and going strong, love reading other peoples advice. It really helps knowing all your different ideas. I am still having bad cravings but hay that's all they are. My brain is stupid if it thinks it can fool me. I am giving up this time! Best of luck to you all
