1) Talk - let people know that you are an a journey. Both the support that you get and self-desire to keep up promises to those you have spoken to helps

2) Don't avoid normal routines - Don't let "not-smoking" as a reason to avoid routines. If you normally go for a smoking corner discussion , continue doing so - without smoking. In time , the association of that activity with smoking will disappear.
