Had a slip

Hi All,

I made it 5 full days without a smoke - then.. I had 2 last night and 4 this morning.

Just put a patch back on and trying to stay stopped again.

By the way - they tasted terrible - did not relieve the pangs and did nothing to help.

Im hoping this is just a slip.

Its a weird addiction this one - use the slip now as positive ammo; every time you feel the urge to have another, you can remind yourself now that they taste lousy and do nothing to help!!

hang in there - 5 days is a great place to start, and having done it once you can do it again, and beat your PB this time too!

Cheers Larch, reading through the posts I know its possible to stay stopped.

I would be very happy if I could just stay smoke free and not going beserk on NRT.

Have a sip of water or walk around the garden, hang on for 2 mins and the crave will stop. As larch says, go for another PB
