:) I was once told that cigarettes among many things contain sugar.. so we go thru withdrawals from nicotine and also sugar.. I find if I cut up a orange in slithers put in a container and grab one thru out the day It defiantly helps me :) .. and i also bought some Rescue Remedy lozenges (chemist), so when i feel anxious i pop one of them ! Stay strong... Truly think about it !! Its a bloody smoke .. That is all !! x x x

I didn't realise they contain sugar as well. I'm on day 7 and I'm eating too much junk, now I know why :0 Thanks Mambogirl
