Take 2 - This time last year I had quit for 14 days & started smoking again.  I smoked heavily during 2013 and I'm not proud of myself.  I'm ready to quit for good this year!  Its going to be hard but I'm going to do it this time!  I also noticed more wrinkles under my eyes/dry skin and I find it hard to breathe at times especially during exercise.  Its destroying my general fitness, limiting me from my full potential and ability to feel good every day...blah blah blah.  I really need support this time so I hope everyone can help me, Ive at least made the first step to Quit!

Thanks for your well wishes, Day 1 feeling a little sorry for myself went to the gym & coughed lots but made myself do it anyway. I thought it will keep my mind busy & at least sweat some of those evil toxins out of my body. Hope everyone is having a nice day. I plan to stay focused and its very true don't think about it too much just do it!

Thanks for your support, its really good reading all the stories we are all in the same boat, gives us all inspiration. I also have attempted to give up so many times over the years. I'm 34 now & been a smoker for approx 15 years on & off but at times when younger very heavy. All the very best for tomorrow I know you too can succeed, I'm quite grumpy and feel irritated this evening but I know that will pass and become easier part of the withdrawals haha. I just ate 6 shortbread biscuits and icecream to dull the pain atleast better than smokes...I hope I don't fall into this pattern now I've quit smoking...got to keep busy! :)
