Scared Straight to quit

I have been free of smoking cigarettes for 76 days now. On october 31, 2013, Halloween I was scared straight when I got the diagnosis of kidney cancer. That was it thats all I need to quit.

Kidney cancer will kill you if it is not removed. I had kidney cancer surgery and had a partial nephrectomy ( Piece of kidney removed). I am now cancer free and smoke free! Looking forward to my wedding day in March ( 2nd marraige) shes glad imoff smoking too! You can do it!

I'm 57 years old and had been smoking since I was a teenager.
