Happy New Year!

schedule 1 Jan 2014

Hi everyone. Hope everyone here had a great Xmas New Year. Slow start to the day for me today. Stayed up late, drank way too much but had a really fun New Years Eve. I'm pleased to say the hangover could have been a lot worse if I was still a smoker! 7 weeks smoke free today and looking forward to a healthy 2014. All the best for the coming year to each and everyone here. Keep up the good work! Life is so much more enjoyable without cigarettes.

Hi William Power,

Well done on getting so far good for you. No coughing I do not remember coughing in a long long time, isn't that wonderful.!!!

Thanks guys for the encouragement and support. Yes you are right no coughing after a big night out. Nice change to be able to breathe freely even though my head ached badly. Nothing that a couple of panadol and an afternoon nap couldn't fix! Your posts give me motivation and have really helped me get this far. Cheers and keep up the good work!
