Failed but have set new quit date

A little disheartened at moment. I went away to a beach house with partner and friends on weekend and I smoked half a packet of smokes! I had feeling this may happen but I thought I could beat the cravings. I have decided to give up drinking for a few months until the initial cravings pass. I have been eating badly too and haven't been to the gym in 4 days. I was doing very well and felt great after 9 days of not smoking. The first drag was discusting but then I ignored it and smoked anyway as everyone else was having fun and I felt left out. How stupid, I now don't feel like I was missing out of anything and feel sick, chesty, fat & unhealthy. I set my new quit date for tomorrow, wish me luck! I can do it, I hold the power :)

Know how you feel, many times I have weakened and felt horrible physically and mentally!!
Just got to try and try again! We CAN beat this. Good luck.

I have a terrible headache too from all the food & alcohol which doesn't help. Hopefully I get out & do some exercise later will help I'm sure...
