Day 17

I have been smoke free for 17 days now, I have saved over $200 dollars, avoided 2142 mg of tar, my mouth is fresher, my taste buds better, I don't smell, my chest is less tight, my children are happy but my hubby is still smoking. Yuk!!

Go Nic succeed! It's so good to see your positive posts. You are nailing it, it must be so hard with a smoker in the house. Stay strong, determined and smoke free!

That is awesome. Well done! It is so hard to stop smoking when someone is smoking around you. That is just sooooo good. Stay strong :)
