Attempt number 15, and this is the one. Feeling confident on Day 3. Fingers crossed

upto to day 16, would love to be able celebrate with a nice cold beer. But that would be a temptation that I just can't risk yet !

Congrats. Keep at it it is worth it. I was a 55 year smoker and usually lacked will power but I quit 246 days ago with the help of this site and patches. It can be done. One day at the time and keep reporting. We will be cheering for you.

Firstly well done for your determination, attempt 15 is a serious effort.. Your not alone, alot us have quit smoking many times, the more you quit the more you learn from those failed attempts.

As warts says One day at a time. Try not to look to far ahead, just get through each day and eventually you'll get there..

Good luck

Willpower mate, just don't light that first smoke. I was 53 years a smoker and thought I would never be able to give up, today is 573 days free.

Keep up the confidence. I know that all my previous attempts to quit have just made me stronger for this final time. We CAN do this. All the best!
