Happy New Year fellow non smokers!!!!!!!!

Hey there every-one, Its been a while since i last posted.. So much has happened in the past 214 smokefree days thats kept me pretty busy.

I welcomed into the world my 3rd grandchild, a healthy little boy on 11/11/2013 named Eli. As his mum ( my daughter ) is 17 she lives at home with us. So we have been more than busy with the little bubba. I have to say its a great distraction from smoking.

I guess the key to sucessfully " giving up" smoking is to keep busy, distract yourself and honestly look at the big picture, What are we " giving up" a filthy, toxic habit thats going to leave its mark on each of us in some form or another, We all have our fingers crossed we will escape that adiction with very little impact on our health and lets hope that happens.

So to each and every one of you.. Good Luck, stay focused and strong and if you slip up, its not the end of the world, Just keep on going.
