6 months

Hi everyone,
I have made it through six months without a smoke... happy days!!!!! a few adjustments had to be made of course to keep myself on track and motivated. I have had a few dark times .... but who doesn't right? No matter what happens to stress you, smoking won't help. I know what did help. That was the experience of knowing you can face anything and cope. That in all experiences we encounter we have a choice, we can let it bring us down, make us angry, make us feel negative things, but we can also turn it around and see a positive too, that there are options. When you are banging your head against the wall, it feels so great, when you stop. Thank you for all the support and hope everyone is doing well.

Congratulations Converse, what an achievement. Your absolutely right when we can keep our mind positive and strong we can do anything. I know you had issues with others at the beginning of your journey, people who were negative and not worth it. I hope you have been able to adjust well to your new life, the better life of being happy, healthy and a non-smoker. Well done, thank you for your inspiration and continued support (18 days for me).

way to go Converse, that is great before yo know it a year will have past, onward and upward 114 days for me well all the best and enjoy your smoke-free life.

Great milestone Converse! I'm looking forward to being there. And I honestly wouldn't have made it so far without your feedback. You haven't just quit for yourself, you've helped a lot of other people stay strong on their journey. Well done, and thank you so much!
