Long,long term wisdom

I smoked for 12 years from age 19 to 31. What a waste of time energy, productivity, health and money. Stayed off it for 8 years until one night around the camp fire . . . I wanted to quit immediately after the first smoke, that was $18,000 and two years ago, good news is that i quit yesterday. Cold turkey, gunna moon walk all up and down over my grubby little addiction. You watch, it's just a walk in the park.

Owie, well done on deciding to quit!!smoking again, wish you all the best with it.

Hey Owie,
Excellent you will do it easy this time as you definitely know what you are up for.
I had given up for about 1 month then started again for a week or so but I am now smoke free again (day 1) :)
I like your comment on, time energy, productivity, health and money, also on moon walking made me laugh.
All the best WE WILL DO IT!!
