Well day 5 so far so good, not feeling great today. I'm not sleeping well and this morning very cranky. AAARGHHH.It is worth it though, I need to be strong!

Hi Nic Succeed ,

Good on you reaching day 5 , nearly your first week over. Hopefully the sleep gets better, nothing as bad..... I found drinking a cup of hot milk before bed helped me nod off. Keep strong, and remember the lack of sleep is temporary. Stay strong.xx

Hi Nic succeed.

I found the sleeping issue disappeared after the 1st week. I had some serious issues sleeping for the 1st 2 nights then a bit fitful over the rest of the week. On about day 5-6 it started getting better. I still occasionally have some restless nights but definitely better after 18 days
