Well it is day 35 woohoo for me :-) just cant help but be proud of myself. A 50 a day smoker for to many years to count. I started Champax knowing I needed to quit. On day 11 I was thinking how  am I going to do this. On day 12 I woke to go to work and just went delay delay delay. Next thing I was halve way throu the day. and now 35 days later still smoke free.

The Champax road hasn't really been an easy 1. I have had dark moods lots of stress and now I have tingling in the finger tips. But it has worked in making it easier to quit. i have read many of your stories and not liking what I read. So I have decided to to start and ease myself of it. Took my first l tablet tonight. So wish me luck and keep up the good work all

people read too many stories about champix and think this is what is happening to me, you are 35 days smoke-free thanks to champix , have you discussed any of these symptoms with your doctor? if you haven't talk to you doctor before changing anything, well all the best and goodluck.
