Tackling my next goal

So one of the reasons I quit was because I wanted to get active and get fit again. So today I went for a run - haven't done anything like that since I don't know when - the nearest I have got is running a bath haha! So off I went to to Sydney Park this morning and managed just over 3kms without having a heart attack or requiring oxygen at the end! Not a massive achievement but an achievement (for me) all the same. My journey home from work is just over half that so my daily dose of exercise is in my sights... 27 days not smoking now!

I am sooo waiting for my broken rib to heal and then i am out of here - but mind you lol it will be a steady paced walk :)
