I fell off the wagon (stupidly) until last Monday. That was until I developed a nasty little respiratory tract infection and had to take four days off work..sick as a dog. I cannot think of any better motivation than to have your breathing obstructed so badly, as to feel like someone was sitting upon my chest. scary stuff to think that this is just a sample of what is just around the corner if I dont quit these stupid cigarettes..PRONTO!

I tossed the things away on Monday and have NOT looked back. Seriously..I dont have any cravings, or urges and I dont miss them in any way. I'm scared straight, I'm cured.

Good luck Eric. When you look at how much cigarettes are worth and how much feeling good is worth and which is worth the most - it's a no-brainier really isn't it? Plenty of us in the same boat - if you feel yourself buckling under the weight of quitting just come sit with us for a while - that's why we're here!

Well Eric you know what you're up against now. So you fell off, well get back on the straight and narrow and show that you will survive being a non smoker for good now. Amazing how something like your throat can turn you right off the smokes. keep being scared and stay off the smokes, whatever it takes just do it.

Just remember that scared feeling every time you get a craving. That was the key for me. Have just written a story about my journey that may help you.
