finally cutting down

Hi everyone. Today is day 8 on champix at last I think it's workking. So far today only 6 cigs as compared to 40 a day. It's not easy by any stretch of the imagination but a couple of drags & that's all I can take. Counting down to actual day set to quit. So here goes.

Hi Kavie, the Champix is working a treat,in a few days you will not be smoking. Well done you wont look back.

Never thought there would be a day when I couldn't take to having a full smoke. Usually one of the first things of the day but today was up at least an hour before I lit up & put it out after 2 drags. Didn't make me sick just tasted crappy.
