I am on my first day without smokes and I am doing ok. I keep myself busy and try not to think about smoking and that has work so far. It is easier to resist when you don't think about it.

Hey chrissie, the first day is a hard one, you are doing the right thing not thinking about them , and using distraction is very important in the early days. I find reading posts and writing down your thoughts here do distract you but also keep you focused. Well done and keep going , good luck.
