Day 3

So - about to start day 4 of my journey. Woke up day 3 really wanting a ciggy. Knew it would be hard as I had a day off and was going to be on my own and I always over smoke when I'm bored and on my own. So instead I took the dogs for a walk with my friend who stopped smoking 8 months ago, went for coffee etc. Really took my mind off it and I didn't think about smoking at all the whole time. We even talked about it and he told me how it was for him and he told me there is absolutely nothing he misses about smoking. Spent the afternoon preparing dinner and making bread! Hahaha! I just need the distraction really...
