hey had some realy bad cravings this morning had a few dramaz at work but kept telling myself if i picked one up that it would be 30 days down the drain so jumped on here for bit of a winge.feeling ok now going to go back to work and stay busy..

Good on you for reaching out for support, its the best thing to do craving time. Keep up the amazing job you are doing. Remember cravings only last 1-2 mins.
