Hi everyone still on smoke or two a day sun will be trying to stop, want to do it before I start having more. Have been going cold turkey so down from 25 a day. I found to help stop a morning crave try to sleep in a long time and when you wake up you want food more than a cig give as my breakfast was always just a smoke and coffee.

Dear Humble, the first cigarette leads to the next one, throw them out mate and get rid of them for life, you'll be ok.
