In God all things are possible
Jesus is the only way and to save relationships sometimes requires a lot of sacrifice and changes and a life time commitment. I must remove the sin in my life first, which God will continue to reveal in me and require me to fulfill in His time. God is patient God is merciful, God is graceful however God is to be feared. God is God of the universe he is in control.God is pure love. Therefore I pray for self control out of love and fear of God. This is how I will try to deal with a difficult situation and resist temptation.
Hey Adam, so glad to hear that Jesus is a big part of your journey. I think you can be a blessing to people through encouraging them in their spiritual journey. This site is for every one and i love hearing how the holy spirit is working things for the good of those who love him. God bless

As for the negative responses to your posts here is my bit to them........Don't read it, surely you can see by the amount of text prior to opening up the full story whether it is one for you to reply to, being so negative does not help you at all.
All the positive and negative comments are still encouraging .. as it means that people are hearing my story of quitting,... Has anyone ever heard about the the experiment of the two mice ... One injected with heroin and the other nicotine ... When they stopped injecting the mice ... Within a few hours the mouse addicted to nicotine was jabbing itself on the needle to get a hit while the other Mouse was not. Smoking is the hardest thing I have ever given up. If you don't believe any Devine intervention then I pray that you do and that Jesus helps you through your times of cravings and weakest moments to bounce back and soldier on through hard times. Thanks everyone for there support criticism at this point can only make me stronger.
Another day no smoking. 5 days in and I been eating heaps. Lucky I am already slim otherwise would be overweight by now. Just miss my wife. Jesus please help me to be patient and have self control. Smoking has no future only death.
well done I also believe it is a sin to smoke I will feel completely with god again when off. I will pray that you make it.
