Failed today

I really wanted to to do it today but decided tomorrow is a better day. I have six work shifts in a row, so I have less time to deal with. Before work, two 15 minute breaks, an hour lunch break and then after work. Today I had the day off so wasn't easy. I have an hour in the morning while I get I get ready for work. For my tea breaks I have packed healthy snacks. Not looking forward to my hour long lunch break, but it is a finite time. But being a Sunday not so much I can do, but I think there is an op shop open across the road so may have a mooch there for a while. Then just another 15 minute break. Then home time. That will be hard. Early tea I think and go to bed and read. I think I will feel so much better when I get this first day out of the way. At the end of it, if I can stick to it, I will have six days behind me and be feeling pretty good.

Trianne the hardest thing is setting the date but the longer we put it off the harder it gets. Remember we are here to help in any way we can by giving you advice/suggestions.

In your lunch break (1 hour) try going for a walk and take your mind off the smokes.
