I'll keep this one short. Last night, mates from London over - went to Newtown. Pub crawl. Hung outside very drunk with smoking mates. Not only I didn't smoke but also no willpower needed. Hung over but extremely happy this morning.

Yeah - actually went out on the beers again on Friday night. Still didn't smoke or even think about it much. Champix is strangely effective, it's like you know something's missing - but you don't really want a cigarette, so instead you get another beer. Mates say I look almost healthy. 21 days without a smoke now.
