Hi everyone, can't believe I'm day 6 as a non smoker. I've never made it this far it's all the support here that keeps me going. I did slip and have one bit I've put that behind me was proud of myself when I sat with smokers at work and refused when offered. I still sit with smokers as they are my main friends and eat muesli bars. It's so funny how strong the smell is on smokers, I could even smell it in the air from a distance, lol. My cravings are a bit less now, am going through a tough time at the moment was probably the wrong time to quit but am even more impressed with myself that I did it, excuse the bragging lol. I often think of someone's quote on here never never ever thank you again it's helped a lot.

The first 2weeks seems to be the hardest,I was on the patches but I had the worst craving on day 14 it just hounded me till I had one puff of a friends smoke, that was it ,I am now on day 67 and going great,we have every right to be proud of ourselves and brag as much as we like as long as we stay smoke free.Good Luck ,stay strong you can do it !! :)

Hey Humble well done on 6 days , I am following your story... I am so happy that you came this far and are doing so well. I found the weeks two and three very hard, emotionally, but past that now..... I will never smoke again because I do not want to go through those feelings again. Keep going girl, proud of ya..... stay strong ....
