Hi everybody , firstly thanks for all the feedback so far I honestly believe without this site I would not have got this far.... xxxx

I am on my 11th day of champix. Tomorrow is my quit date but I am off them starting today. I am determined. I have a list of things to get in town to help me with nausea as it is the only side effect as yet I am experiencing , my mood is very good which  is super.

I am experiecing nausea , firstly when I took the halves then it subsided, as the dose went up I felt it again and it stays longer , and have it throughout that day also.

I think some of my nausea is due to , smoking the half smokes approaching the quit date and drinking tea...... think my quit date should have been earlier and I prolonged it for so many reasons , .. but today I woke up and just can't put myself through smoking ...... the house is cleared out and a new smoke free day begins.

That's amazing... I'm definitely going to take you as an example!! Me too I can't wait getting rid of this nasty smell.

For the nausea, I followed what most of the people says about it... i just have the pill in the middle of the meal and except very light nausea (5min max), nothing bad...

Well done for Day 1 smoke free... wish you thousands of them again

I was lucky in that I never had any side effects from champix. Main thing is it worked for me.

converse, you have a great attitude towards giving up the cigs and I wish you every success.

Keep posting to let us know how you are going.

I have another milestone in the next week - watch this space :)
