well caved again after ten days it got the better of me again.the evil ciggerette oh well see yas next time i try.good luck to evryone.

Don't move away from here just because you caved in yesterday, you can still do it regardless of one day's downfall. The more you post here I find the better for you so my suggestion is to keep being active on here so that your mind is not focussed on when you get your next cigarette but how much longer you go without one.
