Tomorrow

I start tomorrow. Can't say I'm looking forward to it as I know it won't be easy. I will be exercising more too as I have lost a lot of weight in the past few months and I don't want to put it back on so will walk my dogs every day. I think my breaks at work will be hard. My job involves standing so it's nice to go outside and sit down with a cigarette. I don't want to spend my breaks inside in the tea room as I like going outside, so will find that hard I think. The evenings will also be hard. In previous quit attempts I have made up charts where I get a reward sticker every 15 minutes. It may sound a bit childish but it's good to see the page getting filled up especially when I get towards the end of the day when the page is almost full. Once the cravings abate a bit I'll change it to half an hour and then an hour. I'm also going to keep a diary so I can express my feelings there. Plus I know this forum is going to be really helpful. I really want to do this once and for all and stop wasting my money.
