Getting Started

Prior to giving up smoking almost 9 weeks ago I was contemplating going to the chemist to get the weekly supply of patches when a colleague at work said that I could get 3 months supply on prescription from the dr.  So off I went and enquired and whoa and behold the monthly supply costs $36.10 while if I didn't go to the doctor, the weekly supply at the chemist is at times more than the monthly supply on script......go figure.  But I am glad I was told about the script and 3 months supply.  Apparantly too, you can get this each year you quit so after the 12 months if you still need something perhaps the spray or whatever they have out by then, might be cheaper to do that.

I can't beleive I am still looking at ways of cutting costs when if I smoked I would have been spending a fortune.  I must say up to today I have saved over $1,000......weeee and haven't I been spending up.....lol

Good luck everyone
