well almost thru day 3 going ok slept better last night starting to get sence of smell back.have had a few cravings bad ones but after about ten minutes they go.so just got to keep that in mind when i get them.have to beat this filthy habit....

well day 5 hooray going ok.woke up sweating last nite but went back tosleep .feeling good breathing better.got to keep going..
