Good afternoon,
Well what can I say, it's only been two days but so far so good. I have a great friend at work who is keeping me on track. We walk twice a day for 2.8klm each walk which takes approx 30 mins each. Thats 5.6klms per day. It's amazing to think that at the end of the first five days we will have walked 28klms. I'n not over weight but certainly don't want to blow out like an air balloon. Just a little change each week and hopefully i will be ok.
You are walking now and soon you will be able to run the distance as you will be breathing better. Good for you on walking twice a day.

Keep it up Stress Free. I've been smoke free for 3 weeks and it gets easier every day for me. I hope it is the same for you.
