Any Healthy options for food?

Hey :)
I am on day 4 of my champix tablets and would really like some ideas on healthy snack ideas or any thing that will help me on my journey. I have been smoking for 7 years and I think it is just about time to quit, I've heard that green tea helps but I would really appreciate some help. Thank you. :)

Congrats and keep going you can do it and you are doing it. Deep breathing, yoga, walking. Positive self talk, nuturing yourself, reading, listening to music, bake some muffins,make a fruit salad to have after dinner as a treat. Hug a baby, smell your favourite perfume. Get dressed up, drink rose tea. Be happy, like yourself, nurture others,love and be loved all the best
Oh a real good question here Mekala but I would suggest a lot of fruit and vegies that are quick to snack on. Celery with peanut butter or celery with cream cheese are always nice and a healthy option. Some nuts but don;t go overboard here as they are fattening. Well everything is fattening if we don't watch the amount we consume. The fruit and nut mix I use during the day too but I have a handful of when I feel like a snack. Like prettygirl says too, go for a walk or nurture yourself instead of wanting something to eat.
