Champix day 4
Day 4 and my body is coping soooo much better, the nausea is easy quickly about 5 min. The light head is nearly gone, 4 more days as a smoker - then the struggle begins. Found a lump in my breast a week a go, got the all clear - I'm one of the lucky ones!
Hi reggie and well done for you:)as Sard is writting above dont worry about the 1st day with no smoke.to us here was it more easy than we thought and imagine that both we smoke since we were 16-17 years old haa??something that really help us is WALKING around the neighborhood as long as we can..we dress our sportware grab the mp3 player and do a walking dancing blend with much fun hun hahahaha...so try it at least u loose any extra weight from munchies and etc ...and most of all u win the desire of smokinhg;)CHEERS!!!
