Time to Quit, time to like myself again.

Well the main reason to quit is I only ever started it for the "cool, rebal" aspect when i was 18 (and only casually smoked) 

Then went to Uni at UWS, so lived in Penrith for 4 years and everyone smoked, so I just got into the habit. 

I quit smoking cigs for about 2 1/2 years.

But then me and my ex broke up and partied pretty hard so started again in march 2012. And now im 25 and i actually dont want to be this epic disapointment. which is how i feel as a smoker

So i need to quit for good, for life.

I am thinking of looking into hypno therapy, as many people swear by it, and it seems to work.

If anyone has tried that id love to hear your thoughts on it. :)

I just want to be the person i thought id be at 25.

Instead of stuck. In every aspect of my life, living, relationships, work.. i need to at least fix one thing. 

I dont want to ever injest smoke again. I just dont know if im strong enough for it.

aww well done you:) Dont beat down on your self.. be proud your on the road to quitting. SOunds like your super motivated, dont loose site of that and even tho there can be set backs, YOU CAN DO IT!!!!

DITTO - any attempt is a good one so give it a go!I have found this site has been good just read about others members journey down the same road, so of the story have kept me on track and encouraged me to go the next hour, day thill the end of the week and now I am at day 26 after 35 years.
