Hi all, its the beginning of day 4 of attempt #86 (not really but it feels like it lol) and I'm feeling ok. Went to a smoker friends place last night and was able to sit & chat & drink a cider without feeling I was missing out. I actually felt proud of myself and glad my breath didn't smell like theirs did anymore. This morning I smelt the clothes I was wearing last night - Yuck! Its early days in this attempt but I'm feeling this is it. I am a now a non-smoker.
