One week tomorrow

Tomorrow is one week nicotine free for me.

I'm of Champix - I stopped at day 14 but by then most of the cigarettes were going in the bin.

I've still got withdrawl symptoms and now I'm coughing up phlem.

I'm pleased the Champix hasn't caused me any side effects and I'm going to get my repeat on the 29th.
