Can Not Be BOTHERED!!!
You know what I came to this forum for help... Dr Fellgood and a few others are great but this Rainbow person has turned me off..... this is a forum where we try to help each other it is not whinning as this person states. I do not think I can bother going on with this so called HELP site.... I am addicted OK ADDICTED to NICOTINE lozenges... I needed some help/guidance but Rainbow soon washed all this away with her reply! Where ever my journey ends being a non smoker or starting again I certainly would not to ask for help on here anymore! Thank you Dr Feegood and Blue 57 for your help... I think I shall close this off soon as making me depressed now...
I agree, Don't give up!! Go and see your GP and talk through your issues. I have never encountered negativity on this site. What a shame! Sadly it only takes one person to spoil the experience for others.

Quitting is really difficult and everybody has a different thought and experience.
I did not see your post as a whinge at all and am disappointed that your journey was interrupted by someone who is not encouraging and supportive.
I'm sure there are many people here who are, take strength from us!
I am on day 5, using patches and even though I have some hard moments I am determined not to let this addiction beat me.
I think shaz probably had the right idea when suggesting you should see your GP, don't give up, find whatever u need to help!
