I have not been here in AGES!!! I had to check my number of days as I was last here when I hit the one year not smoking mark. Now it is 448 days.
Hope everyone who is quitting has a great Christmas. This will be my second Christmas without a cigarette and a lot easier than last year I am sure.

hi winner walker great good to hear. i remember you when it started i gave up 9-11-11 and it was the hardest thing i have ever done in fact i still miss having one. anyway have a great xmas.
