I need to do this
this is day three on the champix and the nausea sucks but I just don't want to smoke anymore! My kids and my parents have no idea I am doing this due to I so don't want to hear the crap people go on with when ya say I'm quitting. My support is my awesome husband! Got everything crossed to succeed! I wish us all the best in the adventure we face!! :)
Well cut the crap just do it three days thats good its the starting that the hardest But then all down hill I,ve been clean since 1st April 2012 after 50yrs did it with Champix family support wife /Family also had a good reason we were presented with a Great Grand Son on that date two so its well ..Great to be able to smell again surprising how much you miss Keep your chin up and REMEMBER JUST ONE DAY AT A TIME THATS ALL YOU CAN DO if fall of bike just start again
Hi I too used Champix and I am now 114 days no smoking. If you are getting nausea make sure you eat before you take your morning tablet, it helps. I had the same but it stopped after the first week. Had some really vivid dreams in the first few weeks and found I was very tired the first week or so, but all that stopped after the first 2 weeks. Just giving you some warning. I have to say I strongly believe that the Champix helped me. It doesn't take away the need for will power but it does make it not so bad at the start of quitting. I really hope you succeed. Just keep in mind all the reasons you are quitting for and when the cravings come take a deep breath and know that it only lasts a few minutes each time and they will get less as time goes on. Way to go quittin! Im taking champix too and fingers crossed with a bit of will power we can both quit.
Thanks for sharing guys... Had a mad drama trying not to smoke... The hardest one is the first in the morning! Habbit is the Worst to overcome And im so doing it Awesomely... Haven't had a smoke all day... So proud of me today! Every day is a new day!
Ive even said no to buying smokes today at the supermarket... Small town the checkout chicks get to know you :)... Proud moment number two!
