I went through that, my kids are grown up only one at home.Just try hanging in there, get some one to take the kids for a couple of hours. I have had a rough time with other things. This is all in 2 weeks 1. My kitten got mauled by the dog next door and had to get it put down.2.My son in law went off his head and hit a Taxi driver(arrested of cause).3. Son in law smashed up the house. 4. Grand daughter in hospital. 5. Broke my Toe. I still haven't had a smoke, just keep hanging in there. Good luck.

schedule 8 Sep 2012

Im hearing you. You're used to having lots of little breaks every time you had a smoke. Take lots so little of breaks like you used to but don't smoke - walk around the yard for 5 mins instead. Stick with it - you'll be fine.

Chookie 84 and Wendelle, you have my admiration. If you can deal with all those issues then you are tough to stay off the weed. Take it one day - or even one hour - at a time. Never take another puff not even one. Read Joel Spitzers website, to which I was referred by a contributor to this one. Don't give up. Your kids need you healthy and smokefree. Smoking won't make your problems go away. Face up to them as proud non smokers with self respect, not backsliding smelly faggers. Courage to you both, and log on for help and support.
