I made the choice to quit in the lead upI started affirmations main one was i noLonger need to smoke my body doesnt need to smoke i am a non smoker i am free!!! I kept saying this a week before quitting several times a day to reprogram my mind i am 10 days in and yes i crave but i am able to be strong dont give upYou can do it :)
