With the money I have saved I Will take her on a holiday in down to tassie to see her sister she hasnt seen for 25yrs anyway thats all for Know see u in 1month time Chrisco

Thanks Chrisco for your family anecdote. I have recently quit after 40 years at a packet a day. My grandma smoked for 50 years. She gave up at age 70. Lived to 98. Would have made it to 100 if she had given up earlier. So it is never too late to stop it. No excuses any more for me. No patches or gum or complaints about withdrawal symptoms, which were unpleasant. but only lasted a week and didn't kill me. Your
post helps me maintain my resolve.
