I just read 1 of the stories on e cigs which caused quite a stir. Can someone tell me what they r? I think whatever works 4 u keep going, I'm now at 5 months off cigs and used NRT. Keep up the good work everyone and this site is gr8 4 support!!!!!!! CHEERS
G'day Rain, an e cig is a battery with a heating element~ the element heats up e liquid and that turns into vapor.The content of nicotine can be from zero to 48mg what ever suits your needs.
Its only a mater of time before an e~cig will be released by a pharmaceutical company as a form of NRT mark my words.
