Tearing down the wall

On Day 34, I experienced exceptionally strong cravings and were very close to a relaspe. I reckon I was close to depression too and have to fight to remind myself of the chest pains, shortness of breath, difficulty breathing and all my reasons for quitting. Today I am feeling heaps better and are so glad that I did not give in. To all fellow quitters, please remind yourself of the reasons why we are here when you go through bouts of cravings. You may feel like you are in the dumps during those difficult moments but it is well worth it once the cravings are over. Never take another puff and no to nicotine on any day.
