In a house with people smoking
Well heaps of visitors last night, 3 of them smoked. Had a hard time with them smoking because I wanted to join them, I didn't yahoo. Keeping the temptation around me and keep resisting it. I think I have done well. I am only keeping the patches on for around 6 - 7 hours a day.

How many days smoke free are you? I too went to a party last night, I resisted and didn't smoke. I think if I wasn't giving up smoking I would of stayed a bit longer instead of leaving when I did. I'm day 27 but think when having a few drinks and being around smokers is the hardest test.
Thanks Jenso, I'm only on day 13. That's a real big effort for me.Being around people when your drinking as well is so hard. You have done it and so have I, both have to be proud of our self.

Thats great 3 packets of fags plus good friends plenty to drinks time to kill good going My brother came over on the weekend he only smokes cigars and i love agood puff on one to said ok smoke out the back well the BLOODY wind changed direction blowing in the back door ,So i bit the bullet taking my self off for aride on the bike
So Just REMEMBER ONE DAY AT A TIME thats all you can do only takes 1 match to start a fire but one smoke to put your life out !!!!!! ALL THE BEST KEEP THE GOOD JOB smell the ROSES & THE FOOD SMELLS THEY ARE THE BEST
