Thanks everyone and rainbow that's great to hear, well done, I'm on day 3 and today I'm joining a gym, Mose well do a complete overhaul on my life! My partner is on day 3 also and is extremely depressed.. Like he's lost his best friend, I just keep telling him you haven't lost a good friend but one that stole his money made him alienated, drained the life and energy out of him and gave him a kick in the nuts with cancer in the end
