I know that I can't just have 'one', I'd be straight back to where I was 46 days ago and I've worked to hard to do that, but I know how easy it could be, I've been tempted many times.

i bought me a cash box today,rather than buy me smokes i have decided to put the money in my cashbox and by the end of each month i count up how much money i have saved,it helps me to take a step further in the right direction.
