Checking in
It's been a few days since I have checked in. I'm now 29 days and still smoke free. I hope everyone on this journey is not doing it too tough!! Good luck to everyone!

Great Gayld, thank you for your update. By the time you read this it will be 30 days!!!! Congrats!!!!!! Today is my 7th day, first week, first ever time at quiting, congrats to me!
I have good family support but this past week I've been a real p&*@k, And I'm ashamed at my attitude and the way I've treated everyone who has come near me, haha, shouldn't laugh.
Yep 30 days now and thanks for the support from you guys & girls!! My family support is basically zilch; I thought my daughters would be here for me but you guys are my support.
Pauly I know about the attitude, my dogs copped a mouthful last week lol!!

Well done Gayld, you're doing so well. Ths site is my support as well. I have very supportive family but that kind of support is strangely annoyng to me, and more likely to make me want to smoke again. It's weird, but that's how it is for me.
