A Tip for quitting the habit perhaps

My story is, I used to smoke out in my garage. I set up a small desk with my laptop, ash tray handy, drink even handier, haha. I did this for years and stream the ABC TV to my computer. In winter I even used to wear fingerless gloves so I could roll my smokes, how pathetic is that? but true. My wife and girls all nice and warm inside, me sitting like the village idiot out in the cold. Well I'm using this winter as one of my incentives to move inside, set myself up a new position near the heater, drink my coffee, no filthy ash tray beside me and a clean laptop key board(All smokers will know what happens to their key boards). It does work beleive it or not after our minds get used to a new habit. Okay so I eat heaps of junk food, so what? I think anything that helps us just a bit is worth trying.
Pauly.

Yep! When I lived in Canada I thought my first winter would cure me of smoking. Nup. There I was standing in the snow, -25 puffing away. The only thing that can cure us of this filthy habit is desire and willpower.
Enjoy your winter Pauly.
